The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the withdrawal period (§ 356 (5) BGB), if:
VANITAS is delivered as digital content immediately upon payment confirmation. You were asked to confirm both conditions separately during checkout. If you gave both confirmations and the statutory requirements are met, your right of withdrawal may have lapsed upon commencement of performance.
If you did not provide both confirmations, or if VANITAS is legally classified as a digital service rather than digital content, the 14-day withdrawal right continues to apply from the date of contract conclusion.
Statutory consumer rights are not affected by any provision of these terms.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement.
Where you have expressly requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay an amount proportional to the services already provided up to the point at which you notified us of the withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of the contract (§ 357a BGB).
